Ecommerce marketing

A digital marketing agency for ecommerce brands scaling on profitable ROAS.

Design gets a store trading. Marketing decides whether it grows. This is the revenue side of ecommerce: paid acquisition on Meta and Google, creative produced weekly, retention through email and WhatsApp, and a feed and tracking setup accurate enough to trust. We report blended ROAS and contribution margin per order - not screenshots of impressions.

Senior team

Directors and senior specialists. No juniors, no account managers relaying messages.

One ecommerce growth system

Acquisition, retention and store conversion share one revenue number.

We separate new and returning revenue, reconcile store and advertising data, and use contribution margin to decide where the next rupee goes. Store development remains a distinct service; this retainer is for operating and improving growth after the buying journey is ready.

What you actually receive.

01
Ecommerce measurement setup

GA4, Meta CAPI, server-side events and platform data reconciled so one revenue number holds across every report.

02
Paid acquisition

Meta and Google Shopping/Performance Max structured around margin, catalogue tiers and repeat-purchase value - not last-click vanity.

03
Creative engine

Static, UGC and short-form video produced and iterated weekly, because creative is the real targeting lever on Meta.

04
Product feed management

Titles, attributes, imagery and exclusions tuned so Shopping and Advantage+ spend lands on products that actually earn.

05
Retention: email and WhatsApp

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase and winback flows that lift repeat revenue without discounting the brand away.

06
Conversion rate optimisation

PDP, cart and checkout testing with revenue per visitor as the scoreboard, so paid spend gets more back from the same traffic.

Questions

Straight answers, before you enquire

What does a digital marketing agency for ecommerce actually manage?

Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, the creative feeding those channels, product feeds, tracking accuracy, retention flows on email and WhatsApp, and CRO on the store itself. One team, one dashboard, one revenue number.

How is this different from your ecommerce website design service?

That service builds the store. This one scales revenue through it. Most brands take the build first, then move onto a growth retainer - but we take on marketing for stores we did not build, provided tracking and page speed are fixable.

What ROAS should we expect?

It depends on margin, AOV and repeat rate, so we set the target from your unit economics in week one rather than quoting someone else's number. Our D2C accounts typically stabilise between 3x and 6x blended, with contribution margin as the real test.

What does ecommerce marketing cost?

Management starts at ₹40,000/month (about $500) excluding media spend. Creative production is quoted separately based on shoot volume. Three-month minimum, because paid and retention need that long to compound.

How quickly do results show?

Tracking and feed fixes usually move numbers within two to three weeks. Creative testing gives reliable winners by week six. Retention flows compound from month two, and organic work takes three to six months.

Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce stores?

Both, plus Shopify Plus. We also handle marketplace overlap when Amazon or Flipkart is competing with your own storefront for the same demand.
