Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KritSite's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services and Engagement
KritSite provides digital marketing, design, and development services. The scope of work for each engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Structure: Our standard payment model is an 80/20 split. 80% of the total project fee is due as a non-refundable commencement fee. The remaining 20% is due upon project completion or launch.
Delays: Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback within agreed timelines may result in project delays and potential additional costs.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom creative assets produced for the client become the property of the client. KritSite retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KritSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
