Agency pricing follows three models: fixed-price projects, monthly retainers, and a percentage of ad spend. At KritSite, website projects start at ₹40,000, branding at ₹30,000, content from ₹30,000 per month, performance marketing from ₹40,000 per month, and ongoing care plans from ₹5,999 per month. Ad budget is paid to the platforms separately and is never marked up.
The three pricing models and when each fits
Fixed-price projects suit work with a clear end: a website, a rebrand, a landing page system. Retainers suit work that compounds: SEO, content, media management, care and maintenance. Percentage-of-spend suits large media accounts, but it rewards spending more rather than earning more, which is why we do not use it.
- -Project: one scope, one price, defined review rounds and a launch date.
- -Retainer: a monthly fee for a defined amount of work, reviewed each quarter.
- -Percentage of spend: fees rise with budget, incentives can drift from your goals.
What changes the number
Page count and template count, whether the site is ecommerce or headless, how much copy and photography we produce versus receive, how many integrations you need, the number of markets and languages, and how much creative volume the media plan requires. A five-page marketing site and a 400-SKU storefront are not the same job even though both are called a website.
Our published prices are the starting point for each service, and every quote lists exactly what is inside it. Visitors outside India see prices converted for their region on our pricing page.
- 01Projects for finite work, retainers for compounding work.
- 02Avoid percentage-of-spend fee models for small budgets.
- 03Ad budget is separate from agency fees and should never be marked up.
